This includes: Crafting new messaging, positioning, and brand values. Reworking the brand to reflect your business goals and stand out in the market. Phase 3: Design & Implementation We bring the strategy to life with updated visual elements, including: Logo redesign, color palette, typography, and other brand assets. Updated marketing materials, digital assets, and brand guidelines for consistency across platforms. Phase 4: Brand Launch & Support Once everything is in place, we prepare your brand for launch: Helping you plan and execute the brand launch, including communication strategies. Offering support during the transition to ensure team alignment and a smooth rollout. First Lady Consulting - Booking Policy At First Lady Consulting, we are committed to providing excellent service and seamless experiences for our clients. Consultation Call: After reviewing your email, we’ll schedule a consultation call to align on the best approach for your project. 2. Booking & Payment Secure Your Spot: After the consultation, we will provide a quote. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final Payment:The remaining balance is due before final project delivery or at agreed milestones. Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations - 24-Hour Notice:If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide 24 hours' notice. -Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. - No-Show Policy: No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. 4. Project Timelines - Estimated Timeline: We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. Timelines may vary based on complexity and collaboration. - Delays Due to Client Feedback: To ensure timely completion, clients must provide feedback or necessary materials within 7 business days. - Ongoing Support: Timelines for ongoing services like social media management will be discussed at booking and adjusted as needed. 5. Communication & Feedback - Regular Check-Ins: We will schedule regular check-ins (weekly or bi-weekly) to ensure continuous feedback and alignment. - Feedback: Open communication is key.
